They do not honor their warranty. The will lie to you and tell you anything but will not honor the warranty. They are also going out of business and they have closed all but their Ca. locations. I bought a radiator from them with a lifetime warranty. It went bad. They did not even have one to replace it. They said it had to come on a boat from China and they didn't know when or if they would get one in. They then told me they only issue a credit not a refund so even though they didn't have a radiator to replace my defective one I couldn't get my money back to go somewhere else and buy one!!
