tire falls off

12\19\15. Went into Shop'n Lube in Montrose, Co for an oil change and tire rotation. Pay for service. Leave store. 2 blocks away, tire starts to wobble. Pull over. One of five lug nuts left holding on front right tire. Tire half off. Call shop. Talk to service person, mgr then owner. Tell him story. He asks me to drive back to shop. "With one lug nut?!" I ask? He arrives in :20, doesn't introduce self or apologize, mumbles some things and drives off. Another :20 min arrives with sidekick and a jack, but says nothing again. I asked to talk first. He ignored. After this was repeated several times, him refusing to talk, he gets up from tire and shoves me!! I said if he wasn't an old man I'd do something. This is how he treats a 7 year customer, shoving and doesn't even apologize?! If I had headed to Olathe at highway speeds and the tire flew off, serious injury or death could have occurred! Nothing. Later sidekick agreed with my assessment. Put tire on and left. No apology or anything offered as recompense. I am a mellow human being,but I AM SO INCENSED!!!! This was the owner, BILL STIMATZE!!! Do NOT use the horrible business. Do so at your own risk. Put this guy OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!
