I purchased a pair of Sketcher's Shape Up shoes in early May. When I noticed the metal loop (grommets) coming free from the shoe, I immediately contacted Sketcher's whom requested I return them (for exchange) to the vendor from which I purchased the shoes. I had sent Sketchers the pictures of the shoe & they clearly feel they are defective and will replace them. The procedure dictates that I still make the exchange through the company that I made the purchase through. I forwarded all the correspondence from Sketcher's to Shoecity.com and they have decided that a 30 day warranty is up and there is nothing they will do for me. Sadly, the manufacturer will make the exchange yet Shoecity.com decides to ignore me & the defective shoe. I will NEVER do business with a company that doesn't understand customer service & satisfaction. I give this vendor ZERO stars!!!!!!! They failed miserably.
