While most people find ShoeDazzle's customer service to be amazing, I do not. I feel that the women (and men) are extremely passive aggressive when handling customers. I once asked for the status of my order on their facebook page, and when I waited for two plus hours for a response and complained, I was told that they would "try harder to answer quicker just for" me. I just felt so disrespected. I have had problems with shipping, quality and customer service. I paid a lot of money in express shipping and I received the wrong item. In their sad attempt to rectify the situation, they shipped out, what I assume was the correct item six days later to the wrong address and the shipping was, of course NOT expedited, although I paid for it. When I asked for a refund of my shipping costs only, because we were in the process of finding the missing item, I was asked why and then never received it. They eventually credited me for the missing item (not the hefty shipping cost), but no one ever apologized and/or took responsibility, they just blamed the shipping company. As stated before, quality of the items... I understand that you get what you pay for, but I often expect the quality to be a little better. Glue, scratches, dirt, etc... have all been "extras" when I've received my shoes. The shoes are obviously NOT checked and/or cared for prior to and/or en route to the customers receiving them. I have since learned my lesson and my relationship with ShoeDazzle is, in fact, at an end.
