I've been using Sharp Sparkle for several months. The owner personally came out to my house to meet me and gave me a reasonable quote before we started the service. He did not charge extra for the first visit, which really surprised me, and he called to follow up after the first visit to ensure I was pleased with the work. I gave him a key to the house, and the staff come and go while I am work without any problems. I have very high standards for the cleanliness of my house, and Sharp Sparkle always meets those standards. The only time I called the owner was after I realized I had forgotten to let him know I had a laundry chute. The staff helpfully put my sheets in the laundry hampers instead, but it was easier for me if they put the sheets down the chute. The owner informed his staff right away and they've used the chute since. (I know this is a small thing, but it's those small things that create great service!) Overall, my husband and I are extremely pleased by the service we are receiving and would highly recommend it to others.
