DON'T GO TO THEM!
First, let me start off by saying that Doctor Sampson was amazing but the actually office, the staff, the management (Office Manager) and even the owner, Gretel Jardon is terrible. In November, I went to the Doral location of Seduction Cosmetics for a procedure, at that time I had just flown in and needed to go straight into the office for my procedure. Right before I went into the operating room for my procedure the anesthesiologist told me that I needed to remove my nose ring and necklace which included two pendants (a diamond heart and cross). At the time I also had my phone in my hand so I removed my necklace and nose ring and proceeded to walk towards my purse to place the three (necklace, nose ring and phone) items inside. As I was getting ready to place my phone, my necklace, and my nose ring in my wallet that was located in my purse, the nurse grabbed my items, told me that she would put my items in my purse and that I needed to go ahead and follow the anesthesiologist. All of this happened with the anesthesiologists in the room. Fast forward to after my procedure (That night), I noticed that my items were not in my purse. The next morning, I came into the office and spoke with the office manager. At that point in time not only was I questioning my items, I asked for a receipt because the amounts did add up to what was charged to my care credit. The office manager told me that she would investigate my items and provide a receipt for me the next day, she then informed me that the anesthesiologist left out of the country on a mission trip. I told her that I know the anesthesiologist was not the person that she needed to speak with because she was in the operating room with me and that she needed to speak with the nurse because she was the person that I personally handed my items to. The office manager again told me not to worry about anything, that they would get to the bottom of things and please to give them until the next day. She also took it upon herself to tell me that the day before I should have received a call that told me not to wear jewelry. I then told her that I had not received a call the day before and in fact showed them text messages where I contacted my coordinator asking her what time I needed to arrive and she informed me through text message what time I needed to arrive, those text messages happened after 7pm and that there was never anything mentioned about the jewelry. I came back the next day, the office manager still stuck with her story about the anesthesiologist. At that point, I started asking questions about the nurse, the office manager kept ignoring that specific question. The office manager then called in the owner in (Gretel Jardon) who happened to be in the office at that time and they both assured me that I would receive my items back. The owner asked me the amount of my items and whether I had the receipt. I then told both of them that I do have a copy of the receipt but that I would rather have my items back, they then asked for another day. The next day, I returned to the office before my flight back home in hopes to have an update on my items and to receive a copy of my receipt, I was asked to sit and wait. After waiting for over an hour and being ignored by the staff and the office manager, I again started asking questions. The office manager said she was extremely busy and then gave me her email address and told me to email her picture of my items and that she would respond to me within 24 hrs with a response about my items and a copy of my receipt. I have emailed the office manager a total of 5 times and have yet to receive a response from her. I have called the office on several occasions only to be put on hold for the office manager then hung up on. I have contacted two different coordinators (one name Romania) from that office that I have previously worked with and initially they responded assuring me that they will speak with the manager. Both of the coordinators contacted me back letting me know that they did speak with the manager and was told that she would contact me. After giving her some time to contact me, I again messaged both coordinators but neither of them has responded back to any of my messages after that. All of this i have in text messages and emails. Til this day, I have not received a receipt or any communication. They have left me no choice but to contact the Doral Police which I have recently done. I could honestly see this being my fault if my items were in my bag and came up missing because at that point I could not prove anything but being that I personally handed my items to the nurse with another person in the room and those items that I handed to the nurse are the only items that are missing is a problem. I have also asked for a copy of the medical records which should include the name of the nurse but by them not answering my emails or phone calls there is no way that I could receive them.
