A quick internet search of Seagate external hard drives will show thousands of complaints for the same issues. With no response from company or any solutions provided in nearly a year. You will be astounded by the number of people reporting problems with Seagate external hard drives.
Their return policy is cumbersome and requires the customer to cover the burden of costs, including shipping and data recovery, despite the company selling a faulty product.
