I personally had a great experience on each of the occasions I went to the store. Also when I called to check up on an order I placed, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, and also they have high quality scrubs and its worth the price. I've had my KOI
scrubs for 1 year and still looks and feels great so I can't understand any of these negative reviews. A few times, I had to special order from catalogs, they call earlier than I expected, That's all I want from good customer service. I wish them good luck!
