what we didnt know when the auto dealership recommended this company

when the dealership recommended this company; they didn't tell us:
1. it costs $299 to sign up
2. they charge $1.95 every time the draw
3. it is our responsibility to cancel the plan if we pay off the loan
I'm sure the plan rep told us all this over the phone in a rapid, non-English voice and "that if we didn't agree that the loan agreement will have to be re-negotiated".
