We were contact over the phone that S & I were now doing business in the Northern Cal area. We hired them to do a bathroom renovation for my Dad. They said this job would take 2 weeks. This job was never completed after over 5 weeks due to their super
hiring incompetent workers; this was done twice with the 3rd crew being rushed to complete a job that the super had committed (in writing) that the job would be completed within a week. The commitment was not done and the workers rushed to complete the job
on the last day of the written commit date. After this mess, S & I failed to reimburse us our deposit money even though stated on the Change Order they would refund our deposit. Do NOT use this company. Even after discussing this with their corporate office
they still reneged on their promise to reimburse us. My Father is on a limited income and they took advantage of us. S & I do not deserve anyone's future business.
