Seeing how the companies rating is already an F and can get no worse I decided to write a review. I purchased a software program from Roxio ($100.00) after the purchase i came home to use it and could not get it to install. I sent emails and made phone calls only to recieve the same copied and pasted information from each representative. I have told them repeatedly that the task they asked me to preform did not change the status of the program as it is still unuseable. They then told me to check their forums and see if I could find answers there. Now I am still battling with them to get it fixed or get a refund. This product is a bigger headache than a help and the company is 100% clueless on how to handle customer service. Protect yourself and your money and stay away from Roxio.
