Our experience (my husband and I) in dealing with the owner of this dry cleaning is a total disappointment. After damaging our clothes, in two different occasions, we were unable to discuss the matter with her. She never phoned us, never showed up in her shop to see us and did not return our damaged garments. Eventually in a short telephone discussion (and that happened after a few months) she dismissed our claim and blamed the age of the garment for the problem! Nevertheless, we managed to get our damaged clothes back with the help of her experienced staff who were understanding and helpful.
