My experience has been terrible at this place. I took in comforter on Friday, to get to get drycleaned for $15. I gave her $20 and she gave me the receipt and I asked her for my change and she said 'I gave you the change already. I said no, you haven't and she said 'Yes, I have, you probably put it in your wallet already', When I objected she said open up your wallet, okay, it's probably in your back pocket, let me check!!! She insisted it was hiding in the other bills in my billfold and she said check in your hands, your front pockets, she wasn't believing that she hadn't given me my change. I could not believe that a business would talk this way to a customer! I should have taken my comforter and left right then, but I thought this is just a rude employee, this won't affect my comforter getting cleaned. I was wrong. When I went to pick it up today, I checked and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all, like nothing had been done. Another customer standing there asked me what was wrong and I said it's not clean and when the other lady decided to not use these drycleaners, the employee said she was going to call security on me because I was driving away other customers. She was unbelievably rude and I asked to speak to the owner, who conveniently wasn't there and I left my name and number (of course I won't get a call back). I have never been treated in this manner by a business before.
When other businesses have forgotten to give me my change, they are always apologetic and feel bad, no one has ever made me empty out my purse to make sure the $5 bill wasn't in there!! Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and do not do business there at all, ever. She will try to steal your money and STILL not clean your clothing.
