I have been going to this cleaners for years and have been happy with their work and their availability. Today, however, I am looking for a new cleaners. After taking in my clothes and being given the total cost, I questionned why it was so expensive. To my surprise, I learned that the prices were increased and even though I had a coupon with a specific cost per item, they would not honor the coupon. To add insult to injury, there is a new line item on my bill. I was then informed that they are charging a 9% surcharge to cover their costs of gas, supplies, and lights. It is absolutely ridiculous to add an extra charge to customers to cover daily costs of doing business, especially after a price increase.
