Very rude-especially this guy by the name of Michael Molina-his supervisor was also very rude-they BOTH used foul language, had no form of professionalism. I tried to work with them all I received was insult after insult-they definitely give a bad reputation as collectors and should not be calling people for any amount of debt and disrespect them in the way they do. Shame on them!!!
