VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

VERY UPSET!!! I called them because I thought they were a reliable company. Demetri came took a picture of the manufacturer tag, didn't even turn it on. I had to turn it on to show him what it's doing. But he quickly turned if off and told me, you need a control part for $480. You could tell he was not there to repair anything, he didn't even have any tools on him but was quick to say you needed a part that was not needed. My husband "You Tubed" it and followed how to unclog the drain and its working fine now. So it wasn't the control part like he said. I wish we would have "You Tubed" it first before paying him the $69.95 service call. I work in property management maintenance and my vendor doesn't work on LG appliances, that's why I called them. SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE A PROFIT OF YOU!
