Bugs Don't die - Ghost bills keep coming
Horrible Service It used to be good years ago when it was the two guys. But now it's just Dustin. He got so greedy!! - he must be using a diluted chemical because the bugs are not dying! - the service supposed to be bi-monthly but they are sending monthly GHOST BILLS - the appointment supposed to be confirmed via email or phone call but now the service people just show up at your house - claiming they did your service and then they bill you FULL CHARGE without you ever confirming or approving the appointment. What if you want to opt out? What if you found someone else? What if you want to be at home? Nope! Oops, there is a bill right in your email. Did they even really come???!! - So I called them asking for a regular service at the pre-scheduled bi-monthly time of my home how it's always been, since day #1 and to credit me for this unexpected and unscheduled service (which she did), also I asked why they came without my approval? the customer service lady has put this on my account: "JUST TO GET HER OFF THE PHONE I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING..." - No wonder employees leave after a month and they do have such a high turn over rate. Lately, Everytime I call, I get a different person on the phone. Different person at my house. - A few months ago I sent them an email about a huge cockroach showing up in my house just right after getting service done, No response. Being a woman, I am very scared of those things, so I sent an other email, no response, and another one, still no one responded. I even texted the owner, Dustin, no response. (He only responds if you say you will cancel your account.) It turned out that the nice cs lady is no longer there thats why no email was answered. So at next service time, I asked the guy, Rick (who I saw for the first time and seemed OK) what to do if something like that were to happen again and he kindly have me cell #... of course, he is no longer with the company either. - I know they can't protect me from the bugs. - I know I don't like many strange people in my house. - I know I've been getting unexplained GHOST BILLS. This morning, 10/7/2017 at 8 a.m. I just received an email telling me the service was completed today at my residence and please pay the $60 bill now. There was nobody at my house before 8 am today !!!! don't tell me there was service completed !!! And that I have to pay you money #@@@ !!! of course they acknowledged there was no service completed and that noone was at my house. another GHOST BILL. bad service what I don't want part of. thank you. Cancelled today. - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! !
