I was looking at a house to be auctioned off on their online site. They said there was to be an open house for this home today 3/21/09. My daughter and I took a ride to the house and no one was there. We did not get in to see the house. After that, we go suspisios and checked this company on this site. We feared it may be some kind of a frud. After searching a realestate site I often check out, we saw the same house going for $110,000 even though this company sets the opening bid for this same house at $500. This does not seem right to me. Leads me to wonder if they take the pictures off a real estate site and put them up for sale but, do not have the right to do so. I think they may be taking money for homes they do not have any right to sell. If this is not true, then why do they put an open house date on a home and have no one there? The house was locked with special paddle locks, the driveway was not plowed and we waisted our time to see a home of intrest to us that we could not even see. Wow. I am glad I did not get into this mess. May have lost money that we don't have to loose and ended up with no home. Thanks for the information.
