We applied to this company at the beginning of December & were assured that the $160 fee that they requested by sent by Western Union could be refunded, But after 8 days of basically no response or intelligent communication with the office staff & their inability to send files by email that are used in common formats, we requested a refund -only to be told 3 different stories of their policies. I have since verified that the women operating this business have never held any legitimate real estate licensing; have never complied with the regulations of the CA state licensing/registration requirements, and while they may feel that they are shielded by using cell phones and a common shared office address, their actual location of operation has been identified.
If they have successfully placed people in the past, why are the 'satisfied customer' reviews posted just since recent actual complaints were filed against them - I believe those were posted by the very perpetrators of this scam operating as Rapid Rentals!
