I wouldn't advise anyone to go through this company for any type of modification. Very poor communication. Barely any call backs. Maybe if I lived closer to this company it would of been different because I would have shown up for answers, but living far away you rely on phone calls and updates that come far and few. I am in the process of trying to have my refund returned to me for not living up to the signed retainer agreement. Well lets just say that I have called and become a pest for this Romel man to call me back, and he hasn't. I will be contacting a lawyer near me to get my refund if no call back by the end of this week. Stay away, far far away. You can, as I did settle an agreement with your mortgage company just as well as you would if you hired this company, but you would be saving a bundle, not to mention the hassles to get information. I would do 0 stars but the computer does not allow.
