Be very careful when looking at their good ratings. Its a little suspicious when all of the majority of the ratings say the exact same thing. I was desperate and they had good rating when i went to them. i had already been ripped off by a local con group here in VA. They assured me they were lawyers and they could get the loan modified. It is all a sales pitch. Now i see the rating is what it should be. these firms take money up front and do nothing. i am glad to see that finally something has stopped them. Unfortunately, I lost. Banks use 31% of your gross income if you can qualify for a loan mod. It makes no difference who submits the papers. Do it yourself. there is no negotiation.
