My low rating of this company is entirely based on the lack of courtesy they seem to have for the consumer. I had initially scheduled an appointment for duct cleaning on a Friday at 8am. I received a phone call at 7am the morning of the appointment canceling and asking to reschedule. I hesitantly agreed because I was told that I would be a PRIORITY appointment two weeks later at 11 am. (priority, I was told-- was basically a no cancel appointment) I called the office at 11:15 to inquire where the technician was and was informed that due to truck problems, he would be out later-- though they were unsure of the time (again, note that I had to call.. no one called me to inform me of the delay). I finally receive a call around 2 pm stating that the tech will be in my home by 5pm. Fine, I understand that things can happen-- so I agree. 5:08pm -- a phone call stating that we have to reschedule AGAIN. The only reason I got was that they were still having truck problems which is understandable.. but to call me AFTER the appointment time is unprofessional. Not only was I extremely disappointed and annoyed, but all I was offered was a "well, I'm sorry". No one tried to rectify or even try to satisfy the customer. While the girls were polite that I spoke to-- the company NEEDS to have better scheduling and/or resolution policies in hand.
