My name is Thomas Johnson and I live is San francisco, I originally received a call from a young man named Philip and he told me I might be eligible for loan modification. He said all I needed to do was give him some general information to see if I might qualify. So I thought why not. I gave home the basic Info and about an hour later I got a call from a gentleman named Allan Lueck. He sounded very professional and educated in the business. He explained because I had a very high interest rate and it because it was adjustable they would be able to renegotiate the terms of my mortgage and get me into a fixed rate that’s lower. I ended up going with them and paid them $3000 and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. They ended up getting me into a fixed rate and I saved me over $700 a month.
