Pro-Temps in Virginia Beach area is the worse! They duped me on an assignment by having me quit one job from another agency I was working on to start one of their assignments with the promise of it becoming a "lucrative career" and it being "right up my alley". The assignment lasted TWO DAYS. I was stunned and very disappointed. All they could say was they were shocked too. OMG I could not believe it. Another thing I dislike about this temp agency (the VA Branches) is you have to burn your own gas to bring your past weeks signed time sheet into their office before you can get paid. Thats so prehistoric!! Other agencies you have the CHOICE of bringing it in, faxing it in or doing an online time sheet. I was taking an EXTRA trip into another city on Saturdays to take in my time sheet. I guess Pro-Temps is not aware gas is too high for that nonsense.They need to catch up with the times of technology or give out gas cards to their employees.
