I signed up for Pro Results after moving to California and was verbally assured by the rep that they were a very flexible company and if I need be, I could forfeit the training contract at anytime, although the contract itself did specify otherwise.(That should have been my first red flag) During the 3rd month of my contract, I got into a serious accident and suffered head trauma involving dizzy and black out spells. My doctor advised me to cancel all strenuous activities and wrote me a note for my job and gym. Upon presenting a doctors note, the trainers told me that since I was not disabled for life, I am still contractually obligated and then asked me when I would be better. They then proceeded to tell me that they don't even still have my note on file and informed me that they could have "placed it anywhere." I then had to obtain a second note to resend to the company and I have yet to receive a response. I am still on medication and have no way of knowing when "better" will come. I am highly upset by the unprofessionalism and lack of compassion shown by the Pro Results staff. They are a cutthroat company that gets you to sign on at any cost with no regard for morals or integrity. As I continue to pay for a service that I have been professionally advised to discontinue, I hope to warn someone before they make the same mistake.
