Not only does Jeff provide outstanding electrical service, his whole team goes the extra mile. The phone was answered the first time I called and my requested appointment date was granted, along with a one-hour arrival window, rather than the typical four to five hour window. One working day prior to my appointment, I received a confirmation phone call. On the morning of my appointment, Jeff called to say he was on the way, and he arrived on time. His work was professional and timely, and he made sure the area was left cleaner than when he started. Three days later, I get a phone call to make sure everything was working properly and to confirm my satisfaction with the job. Of note, all these phone calls were long distance. Needless to say, I was 100 percent satisfied and intend to use Plower Plus again on my next electrical project. Being a part-year resident, finding contractors who provide excellent service--including customer service--has been extremely difficult. I struck gold with Power Plus. I highly recommend them.
