Trying to access my account balance has been an extremely frustrating experience. To sum it up, these are the hoops I jumped: (1) wrote an email to customer support explaining the problem (2) received an automated response directing me a "support" link on their site (3) support link was no help (4) explained my problem on the support link (5) wrote another email (6) received an email redirecting me back to their support link (7) talked to live chat and the representative did not have a clue (8) repeat steps 1 through 7 at least six more times.
If you excel at jumping numerous hoops in order to access your funds and enjoy wasting your time, this is the company for you.
