I first spoke to Pinnacle a few months back as I was concerned about what was happening with my IRA in the stock market. Metals were a new concept for me and I really wanted to learn before I felt comfortable. My representative spent a lot of time with me and was very informative. The process was very simple and the results seem good already. I spent a lot of time checking out their prices which were also very good so all in all I am very happy.
