I just had a complete AC system installed yesterday. Very impressed that they installed while it was raining outside, just hope that didn't affect quality.
One thing I would recommend for improvement is leaving the appropriate paperwork with the home owner. This would include manufacturer's instruction and maintenance manuals and warranty information. Fortunately, registering for a product warranty is very easy online, but getting the instruction manuals from the manufacturer is a real pain. This information should always come directly from the dealer!
They also took a 2004 AC unit and there does not appear to be any credit to the bill for taking that fairly new unit. This may require further investigation.
All in all, they did a decent job and truly care about what they are doing!
