I received a levy on my bank account all of a sudden and i had NO idea where this was coming from! I looked into it and found that while i was living in LA, someone took a credit card out in my name and never paid. This debt is supposedly from 2010! I received this Levy in 2018, and i had NEVER even heard of this case! Identify theft is rampant in LA, so it wasn't surprising.... But what IS surprising is the ILLEGAL and UNLAWFUL tactics this company is using to collect debt! They BLATANTLY ignore the "California/Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" by LYING UNDER OATH in a court of law! And do you know how they can do this? Backed by our gangster/thug government, corrupt lawyers and judges who are paid off! This company has been handed a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT more than once!!! And plaintiffs WON!!! But that's just THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!! This company is corrupt and evil! Here are some of the workers names; Jonie Culp, Bill Finley, Shawn Heidarzadeh, Gerg Straub, Neil Stein, Paul Nutley, Jeff Hnason, and thier crooked lawyer Edit Alexandryan. The only justice we will ever have is in the after life... Where the LOWEST level of HELL is reserved for child murders, child rapists and USERES!!!! Fry in Hell you evil sons of bitches!!!!!
