This company calls and disclaims it's name as "Peak Communications", it's real and hidden name is "USBI" out of Florida. They called, promised a 30-40% reduction in home phone rate. A month later I had a problem with another bill and come to find out I owe $47.00 for long distance to this company. I've always had free long distance. Then they say I should have been using a "code" whenever using long distance(they never told me this). This company should have been shut down by the BBB, whom also has them as the lowest rating possible. Look them up. When I contacted them, they disconnected my services but still insisted on payment. They lied and deceived me the whole time and they are a pirating company. BEWARE.
