Credit Card processing -1 % not- Scam !

David Shoup from payment system Came to my business on a cold call. He offer me 1 percent processing on all credit cards / free debit card processing with Credit card machine 48 month lease $99 a month . And I talk to his supervisor George on the phone.
He assure me is 1 percent and said I can cancel anytime and will waive all cancellation fee and the lease. So I had David (sale rep) write it up on a cover page and sign. On the first month statement, the fees were higher them the old company. So I call them,
They said they can not give me 1 percent on any card and debit card fee $25 a month ! So I cancel the contract and send back the equipment . They waive the cancellation fee for the processing contract now They tell me is a none cancelable lease!! So I had
to close my bank account. Now They send me to Global legal resources llc for collection. Later the company name charge to Coast to Coast commercial collection. They said they can sue me in New York. This is a predator company! I think they are like Northern
Leasing (Class action in new York) They have there own Leasing , processing , and collection company. Global legal is a arm of Global leasing so they charge there name!! This Predator Company is big. Some body need to stop them ! I contact bbb , ftc and state
attorney .
