I ordered an umbrella and after 38 days I still have not recieved it. 2 weeks after placing the order, I asked if it were possible to change the color of the umbrella. The item had not been shipped yet, so I was hoping I could make the change. They said no and explained that they had to ship me the umbrella that I originally ordered then I could ship it back and pay a re-stocking fee and then re-order the umbrella in the new color that I want. To order the new color umbrella I would have to wait yet another 3-6 weeks to get it.I still haven't received the original umbrella and cannot believe the amount of time it takes for a PATIO FURNITURE company to fulfill an order. I'm also disappointed that I was unable to easily make a change to my order prior to it shipping. Not having seen the product, I can't say if the wait is worth it, but so far...the experience is awful. I will never use this company again due it's policies and the ridiculously LONG production time.
