Review 12/28/2010
|
I spoke to the initial contact. He promised that I would be represented in my loan mod w BOA. I was promised that I would have my monthly payments reduced significantly in addition to negotiating for a principle reduction. I paid the $2500 fee. At that point I was dealing with Denith. The communication was almost non existent. The phone was never answered. Voicemails were seldom returned. When I did speak to the representatives, my account was "under review". I asked repeatedly to speak to the attorney who was negotiating on my behalf. I was never given that opportunity. I received an MHA loan mod from BOA. On the advice of B Diego Hellewell's office, I refused it and was told that BDH had found a discrepancy with my income and was negotiating with BOA. I have recently gotten letters from BOA stating that my house is in foreclosure without a sale date. I am waiting for a BOA negotiator to call me back so I can try to work out this mess on my own. There is not doubt in my mind that I have been scammed. I started dealing with BDH and now the new company is called American Forensic Loan Auditors. I imagine this is a ploy to get around any negative ratings for BDH so that they can continue to scam other people. I want to do anything I can to prevent other people from being taken advantage of the way I have been. For $2500 these people are willing to ruin the lives of and prey on people who are already in a tough situation. I want these people out of business. If you want more info from me call me at 504-352-1221. My name is Paul **UPDATE** Since placing my review on this site, AFLA has contacted me and we have discussed my case. It is the best communication I have had with this company so far. I will update this review as we progress.
