I hired this company to move my household items from Cali. to Texas. I was given a fair quote by "Nicole". The movers arrived at my home and picked up my items; said they would deliver my items in 4 days. I called the next day just to confirm and no one at the numbers provided would answer. The next night at 10pm the driver "Eduardo" called and said he would call me the next morning to give me an exact amount that my shipment would be. He never called, I began to worry and called the office, he answered and gave me a quote that was 3 times the original amount. I stated that I would not pay. He said Matt would call me, Matt is the supervisor. When Matt called he was very rude, told me to shut up so that he can speak and when he is done, then I can speak. Basically he said he would not deliver my items, I could not get my $$$ back and that I was not to call or come to their location. This has been a nightmare. I can not get any return phone calls from these people. They are a scam and my stuff is being held hostage at God knows where. If anyone has any information please respond to this review.
