One West Bank.
Actions are irrational. Irresponsible and bizarre. They have no heart or desire to work things out with people
Be warned - their advertising line "One Person at a Time" actually means they have great "fun" removing "One Loan at a Time" as they slowly but surely remove all the distressed loans from their portfolio, with zero regard for people who have paid these loans for many many years, on time and are now asking for a slight revision so they can continue to pay the loan on time, AND pay the interest that makes this multi billion dollar bank even richer.
If you want a bank to work with you - don't even think that One West Bank is that sort of bank. They don't like
people.
My situation is way too complicated and too long to discuss on line but I can honestly say I have never EVER dealt with any commercial company (bank or otherwise) who would not even discuss a problem or allow any time to work through a situation. They have effectively taken away my voice and they continue with their action against me.
