Ive never felt disrespected by a customer service rep before until I called One West Bank Loan Modification Department! 2 people I talked were so rude! The 2nd call I made, he said he is the manager. I said good so he could probably helped me more. I am not looking for modifying my loan but I was asking what programs they have if I just wanted to lower my interest rate and said that it is a loan modification department and even his answer to me was just a guess with a rude voice and hung up on me!! I feel like I want to punch that person's face because of how rude he was. He could have at least tell me what's the right number to call or transferred me to the correct dept!
