OC SHADES IS A NO GO

Okay... here we go. There is not a company more unprofessional, disorganized and cheap than OC Shades. I have ordered from OC Shades 3 times. EACH TIME THEY HAVE COMPLETELY MESSED UP! The first time was for a substantial amount of sunglasses with an order
ranging in $200 dollar mark. The order NEVER showed up. It took me 3 months, 3 MONTHS to get through to someone to get my money back, and they didn't even respond to my numerous emails, they just put my money back in my account 3 months after my order was
placed and unfufilled, without any explanation or apology. Strike 1.5 ( almost 2 strikes because that was huge) after that incident I left this horrid company alone for over a year, thinking that I would give them time to get their act together since I depend
on various styles of sunglasses to conduct my small business, and on paper, OC Shades has a good selection. I did vow never to place a large order with them again. Fast forward... I recently placed an order with them for 2 of the same pair of frames and they
only sent me one pair. I called, I got through to someone and they shipped the second pair of frames out about 4 days later, 4 days was excessive and it caused me to lose money because they screwed up my order in the first place but at least I could get through
to someone and have the problem rectified. I am not a jerk or anything like that so I just chalked it up to pure confusion and miscommunication on their end...either way it was still unprofessional but it happens. (strike .5) NOW... Seeing that my last incident
was not as horrible as the first I am thinking that OC Shades has pulled their act together and everything should go smoothly henceforth... BOY WAS I WRONG! I order ONE PAIR of frames... just one... and THEY SENT THE WRONG FRAMES. This order was placed just
a few weeks after the previous debaucle with just 2 frames. I called and called and called about the mess up and got no answer. I have emailed and got no answer. (Strike 3, OC Shades, you're out of here!) So now I feel like a complete fool for even coming
back to patron this scam of a company. DO NOT SHOP AT OC SHADES!!!!!!!!!!!!! For lack of the a better phrase... THEY SUCK AND WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH NO APOLOGIES
