Well, you notice that "jeffrey d. and andy d."'s responses look somewhat similar. It's because they were fraudulent as much of Nonstop Vanlines. Where do I even start... BBB ranks them as an F, wish I would've noticed that before I used them. We never received our belongs over $75k in value. All their lines are a single line and go to voice mail, the mail box is full and has been for weeks. We went down there numerous times and finally caught someone in the dirt shack of an office they have. They scheduled a time when we could come down and pick up the keys to our storage. It was stored in public storage due to overflow. Upon arriving it appeared that our things were "transferred" to their local storage and we would be required to pay for their moving services ti remove them as they were private. Annoyed as hell we scheduled a time and arrived with a 26' U Haul truck only to find that no one was there. This was over a month ago... Oh they originally quoted us < $300 for the move and later charged us $1900 for a local move < 5 miles from our home to their storage facility (dirty industrial garage). Last but not least everyone quit that I worked with due to the fraudulent nature of the mgmt team I warn you these people are thieves, stay away!
