We used Door 2 Door Moving & Storage to move our three bedroom house into a three bedroom NYC apartment.
Everything went according to plan, they packed the house in a day. The head of the packing crew told us they get a lot of business from the military, which makes sense to me as they are a very professional company.
The truck came in under their estimate of the weight, so the actual cost was less than expected. We had the driver's cell phone number and he always picked up when we called to check on where our stuff was. He was very polite and courteous. Every single box and piece of furniture was marked with a sticker, and we were given a sheet of paper with a list of everything to check off as they unpacked the truck.
I would highly recommend Door 2 Door Moving & Storage.
