Very understanding and helpful customer service, first of all because they took good care of the booking and made sure the car was there, and second because they went out of their way and called me twice to see if I was still coming as I was running late and kept telling them I would be right down and actually managed to finish everything in around half an hour. Everything else was very nice and smooth, good clean car and the driver was a nice guy, and I had a very safe and relaxing journey. I am very grateful and pleased, would recommend Yellow cab to anybody.
