I am really grateful to yellow cab for their honesty and professionalism, I forgot a bag with some expensive stuff in one of their taxis and didn’t even remember the id of the car, but one phone call and customer service assured me they would be in front of the hotel in a couple of minutes with the bag. No hassle no charge, I am really surprised and impressed highly recommended.
