I bought a CD- burner/Ripper to copy homemade family videos from BEST BUY, the product was called Nero. I called to get help with I read the limited instructions (not helpful), I even chatted with someone. The product just wasn’t working for me I removed it from my computer and went back to BEST BUY THE NEXT DAY, then said they couldn’t return it because it was already opened/ used. So then I called Nero and they said I couldn’t return since I didn’t buy it off their website…..hmmm isn’t it their product. I found this ridiculous how can you sell a product at a store and have different regulations for returns, they should have that listed on the products or in their small print like other special companies like them.
