We purchased a pair of Native sunglasses from R.E.I. about two to three years ago. The sidebars broke, I sent them back in and they replaced them. They also sent a bunch of new lenses, polarized for snow, dark and regular viewing. All free of charge! And I did not even have my original receipt. Amazing! Now, fast forward to just recently-my sidebars broke-just normal wear and tear after the use they get and without a receipt again and for only a $30 charge they fixed my sunglasses, sent me replacement sidebars, replacement lenses and a new case. This company is outstanding. They truly take care of their customers even years down the road. Finding a company that takes pride in its products is a rare thing these days. I am reccomending them to everyone I know and singing their praises I am just so amazed at their service.
