This company is a scam. Any company that wants money to help you get a loan modification is scamming you. If they truly wanted to help you they would not charge you or tell you not to make your loan payment while going through a loan modification. Anyone going through the making home affordable should know that you do not get charged to get a modification on your loan. Or any loan for that matter. A modification is a free service through your lender and a third party that your lender uses. I have heard to many horror stories about this company and many others like them. I just stopped my inlaws from making a huge mistake. They would of definitely lost there home if I wouldn't have contacted there lender. And also found out the law office they say they use is not legit. SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
