Thank you Loan Correction Services for saving my home. My lender denied my loan modification and told me there wasn't a company that would be able to help me. I contacted Loan Correction Services and advised them of my situation. I was behind on my mortgage due to a reduction in my income because of the economy. After speaking with a representative at Loan Correction Services I decided to let them handle my modification.
From the beginning to the end of the process took approximately 3 months and during that time period I was served the notice of defautl and foreclosure proceedings began on my home. This was an extremly stressful situation but through the whole ordeal the Senior Loan advisor handling my case contined to reassure me that I would not loose my home. I was notified every week with an update on my case and whenever I had questions or concerns they were very prompt at getting back to me.
The professionalism of this company is outstanding, they truly are committed to helping people save their homes. I can't say enough about this company and I never would have thought they would have been able to have my mortgage payments cut in half.
Thank you Loan Correction Services for working on my behalf with my lender and accomplishing what I thought was impossible. Thank you for saving my home.
