I usually don't write reviews but I thought this would only be fair since I checked with the BBB before doing business with National Home Advisors, So here it goes.... I was very sceptical at first due to all the negative press on loan modifications in the media these days.
I tried to negotiate my loan with my lender BofA on my own for two months with no success. One of my friends recommended National Home Advisors and they helped my BIG TIME! I was 5 months behind on my mortgage and my payment was $3,874.70 NHA reduced my payment to $2,973.42 for the life of the loan and all my past due payments where put on the end of the loan!!!
All this in only 38 days I am very happy and would recommend their services to anyone.
