Unauthorized fees added to monthly bill.

This company took over the billing for the rent and utilities for the apartment complex where I live in January of 2015. They are now adding additional "service charges" to monthly lease amounts that are not in the lease contract I signed. My 12 month lease renewal contract was signed in November of 2014 and there was no rate increases or service charges in my agreement. NWP says to take it up with BH Management. BH Management says it's NWP's fees. If I could give them negative stars I would.
