Mygirldress.com has gorgeous dresses and awful customer service. I ordered two flower girl dresses and two flower girl baskets from this company. The dresses shipped over a month late and only after we called several times to inquire about their status. To be fair, when they arrived they were exactly as shown on the website. The flower girl baskets were a nightmare. They shipped the wrong baskets multiple times, told me the baskets I ordered were no longer available even though they were still listed on the website, and refused to refund my money. Without the intervention of the BBB I think I would still be arguing with them. I am so disappointed in this company. I love their dresses, but I would never order from them again.
