Very unprofessional service!

I placed an order with this company on 2/25/14 and as of 3/10/14 have yet to hear from them or receive my order. I have attempted to call and email them regarding my order. So as it stands I am taking a loss for the money I spent! Beware of this company,
unethical practices.
